A croissanterie lives and dies by ritual: the morning queue, the counter, the first coffee of the day. For Osk in Abu Dhabi, we designed the interior around that ritual. The counter is the architecture’s anchor — part workshop, part stage — placing the craft of baking in full view of the room. Around it, the space is kept deliberately simple: a tight material palette, honest finishes, and seating that supports both the quick visit and the slow one. Nothing is decorative for its own sake; every surface earns its place. Osk was our first completed F&B project in the capital, and it set the material-led approach the studio has carried through every café and restaurant since.
