Brunch Morsel is a compact restaurant in Abu Dhabi, and compactness was the brief’s real subject. A small room cannot rely on spectacle; it has to work through proportion, light and the intimacy of its details. We approached the interior as a single composed gesture — one continuous language of surfaces and joinery that holds the counter, the seating and the service line together. The palette favours warmth and tactility over decoration, so the room feels generous well beyond its footprint. The plan was tuned to the rhythm of a brunch service: fast turnover without haste, comfort without lingering congestion. A small space, designed with the discipline of a large one.
